The repairs were great but there was an excess of overspray and for some reason they changed several settings in my vehicle that had no apparent reason to be a ceased let alone changed. A he truck lining needed to be moved/removed for the rapier but it wasn’t put back nor will it go back.

Outstanding service, professionalism and workmanship. All promises and timelines kept and I felt like my satisfaction and the quality of their repair work was their sole concern. The entire team Worked very well with my insurance company, dealer and adjuster. Parts were ordered and obtained promptly and what I thought was going to take 6 to 8 weeks was done in 4. The hand offs between the repairs and dealer for reprogramming and elimination of fault code issues went without a Hitch. I highly recomend.

From the moment i arrived CARSTAR took me under their wing. I couldnt ask for any better treatment for my car and I. The repairs were timely, the work was extraordinary and the communication from CARSTAR left me with little to worry about. I would and have already recommended this body shop to a few friends.... The photos are the before and after CARSTAR entered my life.

Great experience! The car was done within a week and the results were flawless. Car look showroom new even at 20 years old! I'll be recommending Carstar to everyone I know!

I took my Mercedes C300 here due to someone backing into my car. Their insurance covered everything but I was still nervous to have a new shop working on my car. CARSTAR ended up doing an amazing job! Their customer service was a 10/10! The ladies at the front desk and the estimator were so nice and sweet! I will say I didn’t get much communication when my car would be done, but I didn’t mind because I had a nice rental I was driving. But otherwise everything was great! Before and after photos posted.
